Government of Gujarat , Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities Department has given SARDAR PATEL JUNIOR AWARD to SMIT CHOKSI who has been declared Outstanding Sportsperson of the year 2005-2006 in TABLE TENNIS.
The Prestigious Sardar Patel Junior Award was given by Hon. Minister of Sports, Youth & Cultural Activities of Gujarat State, Smt. Anandiben Patel at Mangaldas town Hall, Ahmedabad on 25th July 2007.
