| Unusual Notice from TDS Department received by assesee . It says that TDS return has been filed but TDS has not been paid,... How to reply for this? |

| We too received the same notice for the clients. newspaper reports say due to deletion of Challan records in Government Server has automatically generated such notice. |

I m also agree upon this problam.....
The Government must have to stope this types of wrong notice.......
B'coz it can affect the clients of any Chartered Accountants. |
